Location is unbeatable! Next to Tinker AFB and shopping areas! You can safely park in the driveway primarily and secondarily on the street. There are two entries to the home. Please enter into the home through the front door.

Living room: As you enter the home through the front door you are greeted by an open living room with a size-able couch and loveseat that seats 6. Take a seat in front of a 55' inch 4K Smart TV, perfect for catching a game or watching your favorite movie.

Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with a plush memory foam mattress and linens, nightstands, lamps, and a dresser to use for an extended stay. Black out curtains cover both windows to allow you the option of letting natural light in throughout the day or choosing to close them up and enjoy the dark room. You can choose to stay in bed all day and binge watch your shows on the 45" Smart TV.

Fans are provided during your stay!

Bedroom 2: The secondary bedroom is located in the middle of the home . It features a king size bed with a plush memory foam mattress and linens, nightstands, lamps, and a dresser to use for an extended stay. Black out curtains cover both windows to allow you the option of letting natural light in or blocking out the morning sun. A 45" Smart TV is provided so you can watch TV in bed using your own personalized streaming accounts through our guest mode setting if you would like.

Bathroom: Full bathroom complete with a vanity sink, and tub/shower. To make your stay more comfortable we provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Additionally, we provide a hairdryer and additional towels and linens for our guests.

Bedroom 3: Twin top bunk and full size bottom bunkbed both with memory foam mattresses and plush linen. This bedroom has a seating area where guest can watch TV on a 45" Smart TV.

Kitchen & Dining: Just beyond the living room there is a dining room table that sits 6. The cozy kitchen allows for ample counter space and all the cooking utensils to prepare a full meal. Gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware, bakeware and glassware at your fingertips.

Fenced backyard with seating: Large spacious fenced backyard can be accessed through the kitchen or back bedroom.

Pets allowed: Must be disclosed at the time of booking. Max of 2 pets. Must be well behaved and house trained. * Pet owners are responsible for any damage to the property or furnishings. *

Parking: Private free parking is allowed on the driveway.

House rule do apply: A booking request constitutes acceptance of all house rules in their entirety and complete acknowledgement of the listing description.

** No smoking/vaping inside the house. Please refrain from smoking/vaping inside the home. Any evidence of any type of smoke (including tobacco, vape, electronic cigarettes, and marijuana) will result in $500 fine and furniture cleaning fee.

** No Parties. This home is in a family neighborhood. Please refrain from any parties or events. Loud noises will not be tolerated Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
