Private Living room: Walking into the home you will notice a cozy couch with a chaise perfect for lounging. Take a seat in front of a 55' inch 4K Smart TV, perfect for catching a game or watching your favorite movie. With enough room to seat 4 comfortably, this is a great spot for intimate conversations or a board game!

Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom is located off the living room. It features a king size bed with a plush memory foam mattress and linens, nightstands. Room-darkening shades cover both windows to allow you the option of letting natural light in or blocking out the morning sun. A 45" Smart TV is provided so you can watch TV in bed using your own personalized streaming accounts through our guest mode setting. ** The home provides the TV YOU BRING your own login information. Bathroom: The bathroom provides hanging knobs for robes and floating shelves to hold all your bathroom essentials. Full bathroom complete with a sink, and tub/shower. To make your stay more comfortable we provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Additionally, we provide a hairdryer and additional towels and linens for our guests.

Bedroom 2: The secondary bedroom décor is perfect for any minimalist; soothing colors and a clean space. This room is equipped with a queen size bed with a plush memory foam mattress and linens, nightstands, lamps, and a dresser to use for an extended stay. Room-darkening shades cover both windows to allow you the option of letting natural light in throughout the day or choosing to close them up and enjoy the dark room. You can choose to stay in bed all day and binge watch your shows on the 45" Smart TV.

Kitchen & Dining: Just beyond the living room there is a dining room table that sits 4. The cozy kitchen allows for ample counter space and all the cooking utensils to prepare a full meal. Gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, instant pot, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware, bakeware and glassware at your fingertips. We also provide spices to flavor your dishes.

Fenced backyard with seating: Large spacious fenced backyard can be accessed through the kitchen. Backyard features two seats and a small table perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Pets allowed: Must be disclosed at the time of booking. Max of 2 pets. Must be well behaved and house trained. * Pet owners are responsible for any damage to the property or furnishings. *

Parking: parking is allowed in the single car garage and two cars are allowed under the carport. Please do not park on the street.
